I keep finding styles here that I just don’t see anywhere else. Like, really really unique pieces that make browsing feel fun instead of the same old same old.

"Found shoes for both my kids"
I was trying to find shoes for both of my kids and found way more options than I thought I would. Like I said, shopping for their sizes is usually such a pain, but they had sneakers, sandals, and even school shoes that actually fit what we needed. The prices were decent too, and I really liked being able to filter by size instead of clicking around forever. Like I said, it just made the whole thing easier. My order showed up fine with no problems, so I’ll probably check here first next time.

My order took way longer than I expected, and when I reached out to support, they really didn’t do much to help. I had a feeling early on that it wasn’t going smoothly, i should’ve trusted my instinct. I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

"Had a problem with my order…"
Had a problem with my order and contacted customer service thinking it would be a quick fix. They did reply, but it felt like some copy-paste robot on autopilot. I had to explain the same thing more than once, which was annoying as hell, and I still didn’t get a straight answer. The shoes themselves were fine, no complaints there, but the support was useless. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not what I’d call helpful

I stopped in to look for some work shoes, not really expecting much, just trying to get that errand done. The staff was really nice though. One lady helped me find my size and didn’t rush me at all, which I appreciated because I always end up second-guessing shoes for some reason. Checkout was quick too, and before I knew it I was out the door. Just a simple, easy store trip.

I ordered a pair of Nikes from SHOE SHOW MEGA, and I’ll admit I was a little nervous at first. I’m kind of picky with shoes, and I’ve had bad luck ordering online before, so I was already overthinking it. But they showed up in the original box with the tags, and everything looked right to me. I tried them on and they feel just like my other pair I bought at the mall. No weird smell, no cheap-looking details, nothing that made me suspicious. I probably worried for no reason, honestly. Happy with the order.

"Nice having everything in one place"
I really liked shopping here because it made the whole process feel less scattered. I ordered these shoes in a size 8 but ended up getting a 7.5, which was frustrating. The label on the box didn’t even match what I thought I picked online. Shipping was fine overall, but now I have to go through the return process and that’s just annoying. Not the worst store I’ve ordered from, but they definitely need to be better with getting orders right

I ordered a pair of shoes from SHOE SHOW MEGA and, they got here quick. The tracking updated fine, and the box showed up in good shape too. I mean, it wasn’t like next-day delivery or anything, but it was definitely faster than I thought it would be. I’d probably give the shipping 4 stars.

The shoes looked fine when they arrived, but the sizing was definitely off. They ran small and the fit just wasn’t comfortable, which was disappointing. Whoever runs this really needs to sort out the sizing info because it feels misleading...
