"I purchased a pair of Asics size 15"
I purchased a pair of Asics size 15, Gel Contend 8's, and they were cheaper than on Asics.com, and this is as a registered user on Asics, with free shipping. I received the order three days after it shipped. Worth it, I highly recommend it.

"Amazing !!"
I HAD to write this review after I almost let the bad reviews stop me from ordering. After doing a lot of digging, most bad reviews are about shipping delays caused by the carrier, nothing this store has control of. I ordered my shoes at a great price, they were shipped out the SAME day, and arrived the next. The shoes were new and great. Honestly will be ordering my shoes from them now!!!

"Absolutely amazing"
I HAD to write this review after I almost let the bad reviews stop me from ordering. I ordered my shoes at a great price, they were shipped out the SAME day, and arrived the next. The shoes were new and great. Honestly will be ordering my shoes from them now!

"I ordered a pair of shoes online."
I ordered a pair of shoes online.
The parcel was first sent to the wrong address, but somehow not delivered, and made it back to the company!
The address was apparently at my neighbors (one door down), who once they would have seen my name on the parcel, would have brought it to our house, even if it had their house number on it. (We know and help each other when mail is delivered to the wrong address.) That being said, I am sure it was never brought to our street.
I found out about it one week later when I contacted them.
Then they attempted to re-send the shoes, and made it to send them to literally another state!
I found out about it, because I was provided with a tracking number and a specific carrier. When that tracking number did not work and I contacted them again, I was told it was -another-
carrier. (Keep in mind I have this in writing/e-mails.) Once I typed in the tracking number into carrier#2 search field, the result was the wrong state!
I called customer service to find out what was going on after 3 weeks of waiting, and was told they'd have to wait until the respective employee responsible for shipping out the items comes in. The representative had the correct shiping address on file, as we double checked it.
I explained to them that this was an internal investigation which had nothing to do with me as a customer and I had been waiting for a long time already.
The only thing we could agree on was that I should receive a refund, which again would take x days due to their processing time. So, no shoes for the day they were meant for and currently waiting on my money.
Never again!
Not reliable. Rude. Unorganized. And that's to say the least.

"Awful shipping"
I purchased the 2 day shipping which was over 20 bucks compared to the 8 dollar standard shipping and now they keep pushing my delivery date it was suppose to be on Tuesday then Wednesday and now they say Thursday so much for but the quick shipping when I could of purchased standard and probably got them quicker. I will not be ordering from this company again

"Don’t do it‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️"
I ordered online payed 22.95 for overnight shipping. The day the shoes were supposed to be delivered. I get an emailed saying they are just now being shipped. Then told take to nearest store whenever they decide to deliver and I can’t be reimbursed for my overnight shipping fee

"Next day service not next day"
Paid $22.95 on Saturday for next day service, but didn't get next day. Called customer service and was told if ordered on the weekend it would be on Monday. Said it stated that on the website, but never saw that anywhere. Only saw next day at checkout. Was only given a half refund on the next day service, and still don't have shoes.

"Outstanding customer service and wonderful sales floor"
Visted the shoe dept in the oak park mall in Overland Park and it was amazing with new management and all the wonderful sales tables to shop is absolutely perfect store is very clean and staff was so helpful and pleasant

"Success Ordering Online!"
I wanted to make sure I leave a review because all the negative reviews almost kept me from ordering! I found a bag on their website that I absolutely loved. They don't have a physical store anywhere near me and I couldn't find the bag anywhere else. I noticed the bulk of negative reviews seem to be about online orders never arriving, which really worried me. I wanted the bag badly enough that I was willing to risk it never arriving. I placed the order Wednesday afternoon and the shipment information was sent to UPS by the very next day on Thursday! It shipped out through UPS Friday, was handed over to USPS on Saturday, and arrived on my doorstep Sunday. I was really apprehensive about the Sunday delivery once I saw the delivery date on my tracking, but it does happen periodically, and the bag showed up Sunday morning as promised. I'm SUPER happy with my purchase and really glad I ordered anyway!

I purchase shoes for needy kids going back to school. I purchased 2 pair and then was banned from buying any more shoes! They cancelled my orders saying they are not a wholesale distributor. I wasn't paying wholesale. I was paying full retail price! For this, many kids will not have the shoes I promised them for back to school. This company must not want to make sales?

I wonder what the CEO and CFO thinks about customer service blocking thousands of dollars in sales?

They don't want your business, obviously.

"NEVER AGAIN!"
Ordered 2 pairs of boots on May 31 and they was supposed to be delivered June 3rd but I received someone else's shoes! On top of that having to put up with weeks of not receiving my shoes. My shoes were sent to different locations and still haven't received them they also haven't given a tracking number so needless to say I will never order online again!
